Hotel a South Whitley

“Floors in main area, elevator and room not clean. No soap in one bathroom main floor, breakfast was poorly stocked. Only one luggage cart and it was not available. Staff was not present at front desk (main lobby empty). ”

“This hotel is relatively new and is just beginning to show some signs of wear like chipping here and there is the bathroom, scratches on the bedside table, small holes in the window blind. It is generally very quiet there and the walls seem to be thick enough to block out the TV or other normal sounds from adjacent rooms. If you value quiet, don't take a room on the first floor. “In 10 days I had the room cleaned only 3 days They said that cleaned was on request I usually use this chain but it was the first time some like this happened”

“There was no breakfast, no bar, and no restaurant. Most ice machines I seen didn't work. The outside pool was unusable and closed. The inside pool was way to cold to be swimming in. The hot tub jets didn't hardly work at all so you we're basically taking a steaming bath in everyone's filth that had been there before you the room itself wasn't too bad, but I could pee with more pressure than the shower had and it was only warm water. “Shower faucet was obviously broken for a long time, could not get hot water out of it. Hair all over the shower. Beds had black spots that flicked off when scratch on three different blankets, AC kept room hot overnight and fridge was barely cool. Advised staff and they “took a note to let management know” as if they didn’t already know.”

“Breakfast was very good, great variety. My only complaint is about the coffee machine, it takes to long for a cup to be made and a line backs up, especially if; like me, you’re getting a cup for more than yourself. I liked the pump thermos better.”
